Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) is a selling model where sellers manage their own order fulfilment instead of using Amazon FBA. In dropshipping, products are sourced from suppliers and shipped to customers without the seller holding inventory.

The Zero Inventory Model allows you to operate an eCommerce business without maintaining your own stock. Orders are fulfilled through suppliers according to your business and marketplace arrangements.

You can reserve your seat in the A1 Ecommerce Expert training program by paying a one-time booking fee of ₹1,000. This amount is part of the total course fee of ₹20,000.

The remaining ₹19,000 is payable after your first order, as outlined in the program’s payment arrangement. Please confirm the applicable payment terms with our team before enrolling.

The program covers Amazon FBM business fundamentals, product research, marketplace understanding, order management, supplier coordination, shipping and fulfilment processes, and practical business guidance.

You may need identity verification, address proof, business or tax information where applicable, bank details and other documents requested by Amazon. Requirements depend on your country, business structure and marketplace.

The training covers inventory-light and dropshipping approaches. However, you must work with reliable suppliers and ensure that your selling and fulfilment arrangements comply with Amazon’s policies.

When a customer places an order, the seller processes it and coordinates with the supplier for product dispatch. The seller remains responsible for order handling, customer service, delivery commitments and marketplace compliance.

Shipping arrangements depend on your supplier, product, destination and logistics partner. Our training explains the shipping and fulfilment process for exploring these marketplaces.
